What is culinary nutrition? What better way to learn the benefits of your food choices than to spend a few hours having fun participating in food preparation courses. I can show you that real food is easy and quick to prepare and doesn’t have to cost a fortune.
It is important that food look and taste delicious. It is essential that it not be complicated. I provide culinary nutrition courses on a variety of topics to teach nutrition principles through cooking classes. Topics range from sessions on vegan or vegetarian cooking, brown-bag lunches, suppers for diabetics, and healthy eating on a budget.
2 hour sessions including cooking demo and meal
4 part 90 min series including grocery store tour (to teach nutrition label reading, healthy choices…)
