Yoga is not just exercise. The practice is a series of poses linked together by breath to create a moving meditation. It allows the mind to relax and the body to open, as a result creating a spirit of calm and balance.

I teach an active vinyasa (flow)-based class, focusing on alignment and breath work. All classes feature a short guided meditation and hands-on assistance in postures and may also include options such as music and massage. I welcome clients to personalize their classes, something we discuss prior to each session. This may mean less activity and more meditation, something very physically challenging, or a particular area of the body that requires attention.

Class Information:

60, 75 and 90 minutes classes available.

Private, small group and corporate classes are offered either at Decarie Square, your home or office, or another location more convenient to you.
